Heard Mr. G.N. Sahewala, the learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. D. Senapati, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D.C. Nath, the learned State counsel and Mr. A.L. Saha, the learned counsel for the ONGC.
In view of the stay order granted by the Apex Court on 16.07.2015 in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.17395/2015 and others, this proceeding shall remain stayed till the disposal of the said SLP. The parties will inform this Court as and when the SLP is disposed of.
