Section 10(16) in The Punjab Industrial Housing Rules, 1956
(16)The allottee shall not make any additions to or alterations in the house or any part thereof and shall not remove any existing fixtures and fastenings and in the event of his contravening in any way the provision, he shall be liable to pay the damages and cost thereof.
