Section 4(2) in Tamil Nadu Heritage Commission Act, 2012
(2)The Government shall, in consultation with the Commission, appoint a Secretary of the Commission who shall hold office for such period as may be prescribed:Provided that the first appointment of the Secretary may be made by the Government without consultation with the Commission.
