Section 22(1) in Uttarakhand Plastic and Other Non Biodegradable Garbage (Regulation of Use and Disposal) Act, 2013
(1)The Uttar Pradesh Plastic and Other Non-biodegradable (Regulation of Use and Disposal) Act, 2000 (Uttar Pradesh Act No. 29 of 2000) (to the context of the State of Uttarakhand) is hereby repealed.
