(23)Words and expressions not defined under this Act shall have the same meanings as in the Indian Mines Act, 1923 and the [Jharkhand Municipal Act, 2002.] [Substituted for 'Bihar and Orissa Act, 1922' as this Act has been adapted by the State of Jharkhand.]
