Section 125(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)Where the inheritance has been entirely distributed by way of legacies, the debts and encumbrances shall be distributed among the legatees in proportion to their legacies, unless the testator has given directions to the contrary.
