Section 9(1) in The U.P. Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation Of Admission And Fixation Of Fee) Act, 2006
(1)Every admission to an aided or unaided educational institution, shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder and every admission made in contravention thereof shall be void.
