Section 4(1) in Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at District Court, Patan and Courts under the jurisdiction of District Court, Patan (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013
(1)The GSICC is constituted therein to fulfil a very important public function of sensitizing the public to gender issues and to address any complaints made with regard to sexual harassment at the precincts of the District Court, Patan and Court, District Court, Patan under the jurisdiction of District Court, Patan;
