Section 55 in The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 1976
55. Establishment expenses, -
(i)Asset building;(a)Establishment of Corpus Fund, and(b)Purchase of land;(ii)Construction / Extension / Maintenance of office, administrative and other buildings;(iii)Payment of salaries / honorarium;(iv)Publication of newsletter / literature / books etc.;(v)Other expenses.
