Section 6A(1) in The Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme
(1)A person shall be disqualified for being appointed as and for being a Trustee -(i)If he is declared to be of unsound mind by a competent court; or(ii)If he is an undischarged insolevent;· or(iii)If before or after commencement of the Act, he has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude; or(iv)If he, as an employer in relation to a coal mine to which the Scheme applies has defaulted in the payment of any dues to the Board or the Fund recoverable from him under the Act or the Scheme, as the case may be.]
