Section 17(2) in The Bihar Prohibition And Excise Act, 2016
(2)The Collector may renew the license or issue the permit, as the case may be, for the existing licensee of any manufactory, distillery, molasses manufactory, brewery, bottling plantetc, subject to the provisions of this Act.
