Section 2(1)(i) in Orissa State Agricultural Marketing Board Regulations, 1991

(i)"Service" means the service under the Board "Substantive Appointment" means the appointment not being an ad hoc appointment, on a post in the case of the service made after selection in accordance with these Regulations;
