By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No. 102/2019, dated 31.10.2019, under Sections 323, 325, 504, 147, 148 & 149 of IPC, registered with Police Station Janjehli, District Mandi, H.P., against the petitioners, at the behest of complainant/respondent No.2, on the basis of compromise arrived inter se parties.
This court, with a view to ascertain the factum with regard to compromise, if any, arrived inter se parties, deems it fit to cause presence of the respondents, on the next date of hearing. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to cause presence of the respondents, on the next date of hearing.
List on 20.05.2022, on which date, parties shall remain present in Court. In the meanwhile, learned Additional Advocate General to also verify the factum with regard to compromise, if any, arrived inter se parties.
