Section 48 in The Punjab Infrastructure (Development & Regulation) Act, 2002
48. Subsidy.
- The State Government shall issue guidelines concerning the subsidies to be allowed to a class of consumers for providing services or for utilising facilities of an infrastructure project or infrastructure sector.
