Section 3(iv) in Telangana Court-fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1956
(iv)expressions used and not defined in this Act or in [the Telangana General Clauses Act, 1891 (Act I of 1891)] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.], but defined in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908), shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the said Code.
