54. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, as occasion requires but not later than two years from the appointed day by order, do anything, not inconsistent with the objects purposes and purposes of this Act, which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the or removing the difficulty.
