(4)It shall be the duty of the first Vice-Chancellor to draft such statutes, as may be necessary and submit them to the Executive Council for their approval. Such statutes when framed shall be published in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Higher Education (UE) Department, dated 11.09.2015.] Gazette.
