Sri Amit Sthalkar, learned counsel for the opposite party states that papers have been received by the High Court, after verification and countersign of the Chief Medical Officer, approval of the District Judge and now the Registrar (Budget) has to take further steps. Sri Amit Sthalkar has prayed for ten days' to get the actual payment made to the applicant.
Let Registrar (Budget) take necessary steps for ensuring actual payment to the applicant within ten days.
