Section 1 in Jharkhand Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites, Remains and Art Treasures Act, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(a)This Act may be called the Jharkhand Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites, Remains and Art Treasures Act, 2016.(b)It extends to the whole of the State of Jharkhand.(c)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
