Learned counsel for the Competition Commission, in all fairness, submits that as the main matter is coming up on 24.04.2019, the directions given by the Competition Commission vide order dated 07.03.2019 will be kept in abeyance till then. We place on record the submission made by the learned counsel for the Competition Commission that the directions are not in the nature of coercive action, in any case.
