73. Refused Textile Marks List.
(1)No addition shall, after the commencement of this Act, be made to the Refused Textile Marks List maintained under the Trade Marks Act, 1940.(2)A mark already entered on the Refused Textile Marks List may , however, be continued to be so entered;Provided that an application therefor is made in the prescribed manner and with the prescribed fee within one year after the commencement of this Act, in which case it will be retained in the List for a period of seven years from the date of the application.
