Section 32(4) in Rajasthan Power Sector Reforms Act, 1999
(4)The terms of the Members of the Commission Advisory Committee shall be for a period not more than three years and one third of the members shall retire annually:Provided that for first time one third of the Members shall be appointed for varying period of one year, two years and three years.
