Section 7 in Jammu and Kashmir Brick Kilns (Regulation) Act, 2010
7. Registration.
- Every person in whose favour a licence for brick kiln has been issued shall seek registration of his brick kiln from the Industries and Commerce Department before lie sets up the brick kiln.
