(19)"covered area" means the ground area covered by building immediately above plinth level considering all the floors at all levels, but does not include.the spaces exempted under these rules and the space covered by(b)drainage, culvert, conduit, septic tank or soak pit,(c)compound wall and gate, and area covered by chajja;
