Section 21(1) in Bengal Immunity Company Limited (Acquisition And Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1984.
(1)After examining the claims with reference to the priorities set out in the Schedule, the Commissioner shall fix a date or before which every claimant shall file the proof of his claims, failing which he shall be excluded from the benefit of the disbursements made by the Commissioner.
