Section 27(3)(i) in The M.P. Bhiksha Vritti Nivaran Niyam, 1977

(i)The licensee shall proceed to and reside there, and may, with the consent of the Chief Inspector, reside at any place until the expiry of the period of his/her detention unless, he/she is released unconditionally or the licence is revoked earlier;
