23. Resignation of Chairman and Vice-Chairman
(1)The Chairman may resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Director; and the resignation shall take effect from the date it is accepted.(2)The Vice-Chairman may resign his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairman; and the resignation shall take effect from the date it is accepted.
