Section 2(3) in Gujarat Panchayats (Second Amendment) Act, 1963
(3)for the words "or, as the case may be, the local area shall cease to be a nagar, or gram" the words "or the local ares shall cease to be a nagar or gram or, as the case may be, the area declared to be a nagar or gram shall be a nagar or gram as the case may be" shall be substituted.
