1. The Tribunal vide Stay Order dated 10.06.2009 directed the Appellant to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only). Appellant had not complied with the condition of Stay Order therefore the Appeal is dismissed for non-compliance to the provisions of Section 129E of Customs Act.
