19. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Board or the Chairman, Member Secretary, or any member of the Board or Committee, or any other officers of the Board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, or any scheme or any rule or order made thereunder.
