Section 10(iv) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-In-Aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993
(iv)The institution shall supply to the education department, a list of all its assets, the income of which is utilised to meet the expenditure of the institution.
