Section 25(1) in West Bengal Multi-Storeyed Building Tax Act, 1979

(1)The West Bengal Multi-storeyed Building Tax Act, 1975 (West Ben. Act XIX of 1975) and the West Bengal Multi-storeyed Building Tax Ordinance, 1979 (West Ben. Ord. VIII of 1979) are hereby repealed.
