Section 4(3)(b) in The Karnataka Educational Institutions (Prohibition Of Capitation Fee) Act, 1984

(b)of clause (2), shall form a committee to select candidates for such seats. A nominee each of the Government and the university to which such educational institution is affiliated shall be included as members in such committee.
