426. Superintendent to be in charge of Executive Management of prisons.
- The Superintendent shall subject to any orders of the Government and the Inspector General be in-charge of the Executive Management of the prison in respect of all matters relating inter alia to internal economic, discipline, labour, expenditure, punishment and control in general.
