Section 69 in Regulations Under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921
69. Yearly entries of a teacher's [and other employees] work and conduct shall be made in his Character Roll by the Head of the institution while such entries in respect of the Head of the institution shall be madeby the manager. Casual entries may be made by them at any time.
