Section 5(1) in Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure (Transparency through Judicial Preview) Act, 2019
(1)The Government Agency or the Local Authority shall place before the Hon'ble Judge, all the tender related documents with regard to the Infrastructure projects of value of Rupees 100 crores and above.
