ORAL JUDGMENT
Date : 07-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents through video conference.
2. The present writ petition has been filed "for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents authorities to pay the amount of pension and family pension, arrears as well as current along with penal interest to the petitioner which has not been paid to her though her husband, who was a pensioner, died in June, 2012 after having retired from service in January, 2012; and further for issuance of any other further writ, order or direction to which the petitioner is found fit and entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Patna High Court CWJC No.20945 of 2018 dt.07-07-2020 2/2 grievances of the petitioner have been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition and hence, the same need not be pressed further.
4. Having regard to the stand of the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.
