Section 332(3) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(3)In special cases licence may be given with the sanction of the Excise Commissioner for special periods.(3-A) Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (1) or (3), when the State Government so directs, the licence may be for such short period only as the State Government specifies.
