Section 10 in The Orissa Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Rules, 2001
10. Plants and trees to be kept from insects, pests and seases.
- The schedule of plant protection operation recommended by the Director of Horticulture, Orissa for each category of trees/root-stock/nursery plants and other material shall be properly followed by the licensee. In addition to this, the instructions issued by the competent authority or the Director from time to time in this regard shall be carried out properly by the nursery man.
