Section 88(1) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(1)Register books Nos. 1, 3 and 4 provided in Section 51 of the Act shall be kept in Form Nos 4 in Appendix-I and Register Books Nos. 2 and 5 shall be kept in Form Nos 2 and 3 thereof respectively.
