Section 62 in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
62. Custody of account books and registers.
- Unless otherwise provided in its bye-laws or its rules of business approved by the Registrar in case of a co-opertaive society and by the general body in the case of a self supporting co-operative society, the account books , registers and records of a registered society shall be kept in the custody of the secretary or such other officer or paid staff of the society as the managing committee may authorize .
