Section 79 in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
79. Licensed weighman or measurer to wear a badge.
- Every licensed weighman or measurer when plying his trade shall wear a distinguishing badge of a suitable pattern provided by the Market Committee. A deposit of not less than one and more then five rupees to cover the cost of the badge shall be paid to the Market Committee by every licenced weighman or measurer.
