Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner claims minimum of pay scale in the Forest department in accordance with the 6th Pay Commission report.
Let the claim of the petitioner be examined by the respondent No.3, who shall proceed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
