Section 42(1) in Tamil Nadu Inam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(1)Every maintenance-holder entitled to a portion of the compensation under section 40 shall also be entitled to the grant of a ryotwari patta in respect of a portion of the lands referred to in section 9.
