HON'BLE SHRI S.S GARG, JUDICIAL MEMBER Final Order No. 20451 / 2016 Per : S.S GARG Revenue has filed miscellaneous application seeking withdrawal of the appeal on the ground that the amount of duty involved is less than the monetary limit fixed by the Board vide CBEC Instruction F.No. 390/Misc./163/2010-JC dated 17.12.2015.
2. On a careful consideration of the submissions made by both sides and perusal of the records, we allow the miscellaneous application for withdrawal of the appeal. Accordingly appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
