Section 40(1) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(1)The Advocate on the panel shall be provided with necessary funds by the Member-Secretary of the Committee for obtaining the documents, copies of documents, information or for summoning witnesses and party and other expenses necessary for prosecution or defending the claim before a Court on behalf of the applicant.
