Section 1(3) in The Orissa Animal Contagious Diseases Act, 1949
(3)This section shall come into force at once and the State Government may, by notification bring the rest of this Act, or any part of it into force in the [State] [Substituted vide Adaptation Laws Order, 1950.] or in any area in the [State] [Substituted vide Adaptation Laws Order, 1950.] on such date and for such period as may be specified in the notification.
