Section 1 in Puducherry Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Puducherry Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973.(2)It extends to the regions of Puducherry and Karaikal of the Union territory of Puducherry.(3)[ It shall come into force at once.] [This Act came into force w.e.f 22.09.1974.]
