Section 1 in Bengal Public Demands Recovery Act, 1913
1. Short title, commencement and extent
. (1) This Act may be called the Bengal Public Demands Recovery Act, 1913;(2)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may appoint by notification in the Official Gazette; and(3)It extends to the whole of West Bengal.
