39. Disposal of meat or uncured trophies.
- The Chief Wild Life Warden or the officer authorised by him may arrange for the sale by public auction of any meat or uncured trophy seized under section 50 of the Act and the proceeds of the sale shall be credited to the Government account. Meat seized may, if edible, be sold to any person at the best available rate in the neighbourhood.
